The Challenge

Cool and Heat of Manchester, founded in 2001, was initially set up to offer refrigeration maintenance and repairs locally, but over the last 20+ years, has vastly expanded its services portfolio and reach.

It now provides a full spectrum of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services to businesses nationwide across a variety of professional industries, with its 20+ field-based engineers attending more than 4000 sites annually.

Identifying their website as a gateway to expand further, Cool and Heat prioritised a redevelopment of it to capture increased volumes of custom from those needing HVAC products, such as heat pumps and air con, for energy reduction.

The Leadology™

We rebuilt, redesigned, and restructured the website, simplifying and streamlining its look and layout, to allow for a smoother and more informative user journey for anyone searching for HVAC solutions.

The improved navigation better supports the customer journey, fulfilling the job of educating, attracting, and then enticing prospects to request Cool and Heat’s expertise in HVAC.

A full SEO review was conducted ahead of the website’s relaunch to ensure it was compliant with the best practices of all the major search engines, easy for a user to negotiate, and optimised for relevant search queries and topics. It’s something we do to give our web builds the best possible start and to minimise the risk of reduced traffic volumes occurring because of the migration to new designs.

LinkedIn’s advertising platform was availed of immediately after go-live by our paid social specialists as a traffic driver to the overhauled site.

The Result

Cool and Heat has experienced a notable rise in HVAC leads and profitable growth following the rollout of the new website and accompanying LinkedIn ad campaign.
