The Challenge

The Conservatory Outlet Group is a UK-wide Network consisting of 30+ Premium Retailers. Each of them exclusively sells the conservatories, extensions, orangeries, windows, and doors manufactured in the Wakefield company’s state-of-the-art facility.

Our collaboration with the Group goes back years and it’s been a fruitful alliance, most notably in 2021 when it experienced its biggest-ever sales boom.

A record-breaking £28m in sales was spawned throughout the Network, coming off the back of a stunning 2020, with over a third of these sales generated thanks to email and website enquiries, emphasising the significance of digital marketing.

Refusing to stand still and wanting to prolong the momentum in this ultra-competitive industry, Conservatory Outlet committed £100k to the development of a new suite of lead generation websites for all its Premium Retailers.

The Leadology™

We rebuilt, redesigned, and restructured each website, with our Content team overseeing the task of reworking the copy on them all to avert any duplication issues.

Multiple new features have been incorporated, including enhanced product collections, and there’s a clearer insight into the respective values of each Premium Retailer, such as their company USP’s, quality standards, manufacturing processes etc.

Navigation has also been improved to better support the customer journey and the sites are more geared up to host video content, allowing a Retailer to integrate a large collection of real-life customer video testimonials to build brand trust and credibility.

True video- and visual-first platforms, they’re cutting-edge online showcases for the Premium Retailers and their extensive product lines.

Fulfilling their job of educating, attracting, nurturing, and converting prospects to provide Retailers with a constant pipeline of home improvement work, client and customer feedback on them has been resoundingly positive.
